[Rails-devel] Release planning for 1.4

I'd like to start the discussion on planning our next release. I think
we've fixed several important bugs that users would like to see
released.

Erik, Stefan - What do you guys think?  Does a Sept 1 release date
seem reasonable? That'd give us a bit over two weeks of time to finish
up the recent changes to logging and anything else that isn't stable
enough for release.
