IMO there are enough fixes (including some pretty fundamental ones) to make
a new release useful. There are still several outstanding bug reports that I
want to address, but my progress is slow these days, so it doesn't make much
sense to wait until all of that is done.

Good news first: The bug is already fixed in the development version. 
(Again the third token slot in Berlin, which does not exist at the start of 
the game.)

Unfortunately nothing can be done unless waiting for the next release of the

next version of Rails. 

Brings up the question to Erik and Brett:
There are several fixes in development that avoid reload problems, maybe we 
should schedule a release for the near future.
I have one or two minor changes left and there is still the need to add more

localised text for the configuration UI.
