[Rails-devel] 18EU "Reload failure"

I'm running into an error with 18EU which seems to be occurring in the
Final Minor Exchange Round

The first file
18EU_20100730_0216_FER_Jay1.rails
loads normally, but the next (in the stock round following the FMER)
18EU_20100730_1521_SR3_2.rails
gives the error "Load failed, reason: Reload failure" when I try to
load it.  Any idea what can be done?
