[EV] Phil, I cannot reproduce this with the current code. I tried a case
where only the M2 converted when the 4+4 was bought.
Later in that same OR the 5T was bought and all Preprussians converted. Same
thing if the 5T was bought in the next OR.
So I'm not sure what went wrong in your case.
