Fixed, will be included in the next release. Thanks for the error report.

It turned out that an old (both bad and obsolete) method to detect bank
breaking was suppressing certain money transfers as long as the Bank has a
negative amount of cash.
This has now been cleaned up.

Folks, file 1528 is after the error occurred, while file 0306 is before the
error occurred but right after the bank broke.
