[Rails-devel] Migrating to Subversion today.

After some off-list discussion with Erik and Stefan, we've agreed that
the EGit Eclipse plugin is just a bit too immature to allow everyone
to seamlessly transition to Git. So, we'll be migrating from CVS to
Subversion.

I'll be doing the migration today, so please refrain from making any
new commits for a few hours.  I'll send another message to the list
when the migration process is complete.
