[Rails-users] Rails help

I have downloaded and installed Rails and it seems to run well but on both computers I have tried it on, I get Save Failed - Access is Denied error message when trying to save a started game.
 
One computer has Vista, the other has Win 7.  I run the program as an administrator.   Can anyone help?
