[Rails-devel] Rails under Win7 64-bit

Hi I'm having trouble getting rails to run under Win7.   It runs beautifully on my VISTA laptop, but I get the error message-" 'java' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file".
 
I have downloaded and installed the latest java runtime environment from Sun's website, and rebooted my PC.
 
What am I missing?
 
Thanks.   Really impressed with Rails - just saw it for first time yesterday.
