This saved file no longer loads because the PR must now discard its excess trains at the right time, i.e. in an earlier stage. The reason that in your game the PR got this prompt after the 4+4 is bought probably is, that I'm at that point also starting a PR formation round. Thinking about it, I should probably only do that if the PR has not been started earlier. If that is the general opinion, I will change accordingly. The Pr is forced to discard one of it's 3s or 4s after it discards it's 2+2 in the attached save...
