I ran into a problem when buying the last new Diesel train from the bank
IPO. Everything works fine during my turn and I buy the train, click done
and play is supposed to pass to the next player. The Report window shows the
train being bought. But, when I save the game and the next player load the
saved game file, the train is back in the bank and the train does not show
it was purchased. This is happening in a Rails 1.2.2 game and happens every
time. See attached save file prior to buying the last train.
