Well, bugs must be fixed, regardless, in my opinion.
I have done it, and the fix seems to work. Can you please doublecheck? 

There are more reasons why certain files will be rendered invalid with the
next release, I'm afraid we'll have to bite the bullet.

this problem effects all games using StartRound_1830. 
Fixing it potentially makes a lot of game files invalid ( all that have an 
auction started during the start round, unless the passing player is the 
player who is the next after the last buyer).
What do you think?
