[Rails-devel] 1835 NF token lay

I have started to pick up 1835.

To enable the extra NF token lay at the start of an OR (which is so neat for
the Bayerische), quite some code changes were needed.
In fact I have done more than that - also tried to enable some possibilities
for special properties that can be exercised "at any time", even though not
all of these are already used.

Testing of some complex cases have shown no side effects, but whoever runs
from the code base should be aware of potential new glitches. I'll do some
more testing tomorrow.
