Hmm, I had always thought that only the first Diesel could be exchanged for
a lesser train, but after rereading the rules I must conclude that I was
misguided. So all Diesels are now available by exchange.

See the saved game file.  PRR to run, it just bought the 5 train off
NYC, it should be able to exchange that for a D for $800, yet it isn't
given the option to do so.  I've tested this on both 1.1.3 and 1.1.2
and it seems to be an issue in both vesions
