[Rails-devel] 18EU: Display bug with the Berlin-Vienna tile

See attached, it shows the issue quite clearly!

This happened as soon as Berlin was upgraded to Brown and occurs on
two machines (the one I am using at the moment is running JSE 1.6.0_17
if that helps).  If you resize the window, then scroll the map so that
the Berlin tile is not visible in the window, all the tiles to the
right of Berlin reappear.  This is on 1.1.2
