[Rails-devel] Version numbering

On version numbering: I have added a '+' after the version number 1.1.2 as
coded in Game.java.
This is to emphasize that it's an experimental version; it will show up in
any saved files.

Brett, you can remove that '+' on preparing any new release; I will add it
again later on (or you can do that afterwards if you want).
