Yes, <IfOption> is a generic feature that should be honoured by all Rails
XML files.

On the really-neat side of life, I was able to use an '<IfOption'  
within a Map.xml file.  I was uncertain if it would work since none  
of the existing games use that feature.  Although we probably could  
expand 1830 and 1835 in this manner since they have published map  
variants.
