Here I disagree.
The third paragraph on page 24 of the rules is very clear on this point:
"Until the CGR has a permanent train ... its token on the stock market is
not adjusted from its starting position for any reason..."

I disagree with b.



Oh, right, b should be an option too.  I played once where the CGR stock
price was only frozen if it was running a borrowed train.  Seems a
reasonable interpretation of the rules to me.
