Your (occasionally) relentless programmer has applied some cosmetic changes:

- Price fields in the SR and OR windows get an appropriately coloured
background whenever prices drop into a coloured stock chart field.	
- All such prices now get a white rather than black foreground colour if the
background gets dark enough (i.e. brown).
- The stock chart colours, as well as all company colours can be configured
hexadecimally ("ABCDEF") or decimally("171,205,239").
- Names of not yet started companies are printed in their home cities rather
than over the middle of the hex. This fixes bug report 
#2894277.
- The 18EU minor companies have got a light grey rather than a white
background to better distinguish their homes from empty circles.
