[Rails-devel] Opening save files directly

Is there any way to associate the .rails extension with the program, so you
can open a save file directly?  Failing that, is there a way to change the
default location in which Rails looks for files?  I have a friend using
Windows and it always defaults to opening his My Documents folder, instead
of the Dropbox folder in which we're keeping the files.
