Hi!

Me and some friends just tested rails. A disturbing bug
occured during the first stock round:
If the last two players pass, the programm enters the
operation round. In our case Player 1 & 2 were still buying
while player 3 & 4 were just done. Player 3 & 4 passed and
operation round started, though Player 1 still needed to buy
stocks to open his company. We tryed undo but it just
happened again.
