[Rails-devel] Webpage updated

The hosted page at http://rails.sourceforge.net/ has gotten some needed
updates.

The information is still fairly limited, but is significantly better
than what was there. Included in the update are some screenshots.

I think the next thing I'll try to get working is a JNLP version of the
game.
