I have gone through the Bugs and Feature Requests,
and updated those items that have been implemented
in the meantime, or that I won't take for whatever reason.

There was a request for some fixes to 1870.
Ahthough that is not yet a supported game, 
these fixes could be done easily by configuration.

However, while testing that I found that the tile counting
in cases where more than one yellow tile can be laid
still does not work correctly in all cases.
In particular, the C$StL extra tile in 1830 now
seems to break the logic again.
I will revisit and hopefully  fix that later.
