[Rails-devel] Releasing 1.0.2 this Sunday

It looks like we've got a few nice additions to release.

Barring any objections, I'll release v.1.0.2 on Sunday, the 6th.

Here's the current list of changes:

* Red Tiles now display their values.
* Improved UI clarity - Load/Save buttons are disabled to reduce confusion.
* Undo and Redo for the Stock Phase is mostly complete.
- Undo across player turns is not currently supported, but will be
added in the future. In other words, once you move on to another
player's turn, you can't go back to your turn.
