[Rails-devel] Rails version 1.0.1 released

Version 1.0.1 is out on the SF.net site, ready for consumption.

Key changes in this release:

* Fixed several UI issues with the map window.
* Added a scroll bar to the list of tile upgrades.
* Added some clarity to displaying the president of a company
* Added fields to the Game Status window to show the certificate
limits and player's total number of certificates.
* Added 18Kaas to the list of games. 18Kaas should be fully playable;
it's 1830 on a different map.
