In this situation, my understanding of the rules is that you can't
sell the presidency, especially because there's no clear benefactor to
receive the presidency.

How does a bi-weekly or monthly release sound?  I think that weekly is
probably too often, but waiting for us to hit certain major milestones
is probably not often enough.

This week, we've already fixed several bugs, and added 18Kaas, so I'll
go ahead and do a release on Sunday to get the cycle started.
