I have (hopefully) fixed the reported (and some more) bugs 
regarding share buying/selling and certificate counting.

This includes a problem I found, that if 3 players have 
each 20% of a company, with 40% in the Pool, the 
presidency could not be sold.

And I have added the certificate count to the Game Status window.

Bug fixed: 1517701, and another one (#2) reported by Akiyoshi.
New Feature: 1518280.	

Brett, how do you see releasing these and other fixes and
small improvements? 
I would suggest an approx. weekly minor release (1.0.x)
(if anything has changed, of course).
