I have committed fixes for:

1. In 1870, the non-payout for shares in IPO (reported by Alessandro)
2. The off-by-one numbering of the vertical labels left of the stock chart
(reported by Akiyoshi Nomura).
3. Wrong top-down sequence of tokens on stock chart (reported by Akiyoshi
Nomura).
4. A NullPointer exception while buying the SFSL in 1870 (found by me while
testing #1).
