Funky... I can't duplicate it.  Can you send in a copy of the play
log?  The easiest way is to run the jar from the command-line:

1. Start -> Run -> 'cmd'
2. 'java -jar Rails.jar'
3. produce the error
4. right-click on title bar of command window -> edit -> select
5. as #3, but edit -> copy
6. paste into an e-mail.
