[Rails-devel] Bug: Cancel setting purchase price doesn't cancel purchase

Found a bug:

When buying a train, if you select to buy a train from another
company, and then hit Cancel out of the "Set Purchase Price" dialog,
the purchase is not cancelled. Instead, the purchase is pushed through
at the train's default price.

The correct behavior should be that Cancelling the purchase price
dialog should cancel the whole transaction.
