I've tried several methods of getting the CSV files off of Sourceforge.

1)  Tried the Tortoisecsv - couldn't get it to work.
2)  Tried CSV from the command line on my iBook running OS 10.4 - worked fine.
3)  Tried the Eclipse on both XP and Mac OS 10.4 - worked fine on both.  

If one is interested in participating in the project, I'd recommend using Eclipse.  If for no other reason than it is what most people seem to be using, and if you run into problems with it, there's a larger pool of people to draw on for help.
