I have added a Tiles.xml for 1856.
For that game I created an extra tile in the Tile Dictionary:
-939 (Goderich); this off-board tile also occurs in 18EU.

In the Games.xml of 1830 and 1856 I've added new TrainManager sections
with the trains of these games. The 1830 file includes comments on how
I expect we can model the various train properties in most games.
Also added a new TrainManager class (still empty).
