You'll need to go to the sourceforge project page: http://www.sourceforge.net/projects/rails

Then, you'll need to check it out from CVS. Sourceforge has decent directions on this:  http://sourceforge.net/cvs/?group_id=132173

Don't try using http://rails.sf.net, it won't work until we create an actual project website.
