I agree that, because there are many 18xx players around the world, 
supporting i18n is probably the way to go.

Let's put adding locales support as a goal for our second major release.

Speaking of releases....  would it be helpful to everyone if I started=
 setting more 
specific goals and milestones?

I don't want to make things overly strict or bureaucratic, but I do want to=
 make sure 
that we continue making forward progress.

Most of you don't seem to need too much structure. It seems like we're=
 doing a 
good job of working in the same direction. I'd like to maintain that.
