- Added a new <AllowsMultipleBasesOfOneCompany> tag to those tiles in
18EU/TileSet.xml, where multiple tokens of the same company in different
stations are allowed.
- The "replace token" question during minor merging in 18EU is now only
asked if a major company token can legitimately be laid in the minor's home
hex (with one exception: on tile #583 (brown Paris) it is not prevented in
the same station).  Please note, that the token *laying* code has not
changed (yet).
