[Rails-devel] Rails 1.0.6 has been released.

I'm proud to announce that we've got a shiny new release of Rails, the
Java 18xx client. This release is a bug-fix release, and includes some
changes under the hood that will help prepare for improvements and
additional playable games in the future.

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Erik Vos, and newcomer Mark
Smith for their hard work. Thanks also goes out to Freek Dijkstra and
Jonathan Ferro for their patches. Their efforts made this release
possible.
