[Rails-devel] ORWindow now remembers height

I have made ORWindow remember its height between rounds. It was rather
annoying that it resized itself to maximum height each time. 
This problem was reported in the Bugs list. I don't think that the other
windows present such problems, so I have set the bug status to pending.
