OK Erik and Brett,

I have found, fixed, tested, committed, and updated this Bug Report, status
of 'Pending'. I figure that someone else should perform a independent test
before marking the issue closed, since this is my first correction start to
finish.

This was missing the Upgrades for Tiles 3, 4 and 58.
