I can see the document manager and the screenshots function, but I
can't see the web space.

While hunting for the web space, I saw that Sourceforge *does* provide
it's projects with wikis.

http://alexandria.wiki.sourceforge.net/Wiki

This is probably the best approach, as it means there will be less
admin hassles to do with spam etc.
