Sourceforge basically gives us a directory on their webservers to do
what we like with.  I'm not certain if they also provide any sort of
database support, but you're welcome to look into it to find out.

At this point, if you want to take this on, I'm open to any suggestion
that doesn't involve me hand-editing html files. ;-)

Just let me know what your sourceforge account is and I'll set up the
permissions.
