Ah, that one. A few weeks ago I discovered a problem with special tiles that had different internal and external numbers (in this case 1441 and 441). This has been fixed in the meantime, see my message from 19 February. >From your saved file I can now lay the special yellow Elyton/Birmingham tile without any problem.
