#73 1856 - Option for 40 Toronto at Start

The LPS/GW combination presents a balance problem in the game - a solution used by some groups (including mine) is to set Toronto to 40 at start which improves the CV & GT relative to the LPS/GW. The LPS/GW are still better starting companies but less so. I note that in original playtesting Mayfair had Toronto as a 40 but after several rounds of testing it was inexplicably reduced to 30.

Bottomline: I'd like the devs to add an option to start with Toronto as a 40 yellow tile instead of the 30 yellow tile.
