#69 SVG company logo and station marker

Having worked on background maps, it has become apparent to me that the next area of improvement is to also allow for
- station markers (tokens)
- company logos (the design of which should match more or less the one of tokens)

The graphics would be provided as SVG specific to the 18xx (as it is true for the background map).
