#45 1856 No forced train purchase

I've attached a savefile from a game where a company with a route was not forced to purchase a train.

Please note that this is a "what-if" play forward of a live game being played with Rails 1.3 and Dropbox. (Jim, Steve, Jeff, Andrew, if you're reading this bug, please do not look at the savefile.)

I've also attached the last savefile from before I started forward.

Hi Aliza,
thanks for the report, it is a (known) missing feature: Before 1.3. there was no routing algorithm, thus Rails could not decide if there is a route available to a company. Now it could be implemented, but it is still on todo.
Already there is a message shown at the buy train step: "You must buy a train unless you have no route",
but no enforcement yet.
Moved bug to feature request.
