#25 AutoComplete Token Choice
When the Company enters the Token Laying portion of the game, the current state of the game should determine if a token can be placed. If not, generate a Dialog like the 'No Trains so No Revenue Possible", with an appropriate message.
Possible States:
1. No Tokens left for the company to place - Message "No Tokens Available to play"
2. No Connected Tile with empty Station available to lay token in - Message "No City Available to place Token into"
A. Must account for the Special Properties of Privates that allow a token to be placed in the special tile placed
3. For Token placements that cost money (some games have either free tokens, or all token cost paid when the company floats) and the company does not have the cash to pay for the token - Message "Insufficient cash to pay for token placement"
A. Some games allow for emergency funding/loans to pay for token placement
B. Some games price tokens based upon hex distance from home city.
