#24 Highlight Selected Hexes Differently
If you select a Hex that you cannot lay a tile on, and try to select a tile to place, the Pop-up Dialog claims "This tile cannot be laid in a valid orientation". This message is mis-leading because valid orientations exist, but The company laying the tile is NOT Allowed to lay due to lack of connection to the hex. And then when you click OK, the list of available tiles gets cleared. Improvements:
1. If the company is not allowed to place the tile, the hex outline should be in red.
2. If the company is allowed to place the tile, the hex outline should be in Green, or Green/Blue dashed.
3. If the company is not allowed to place the tile, but the player attempts to, the pop-up should specify the message "Company X is not allowed to place a tile in this hex (in any allowed orientation)". Note, some games require a track lay/upgrade that extends the company's track.
