#48 changing revision while viewing revision-specific comments

While viewing revision-specific comments for, say, rev
3, if you hit an arrow to view another revision, say,
rev 2, the title and description of rev 2 appear, but
the comments for rev 3 still show. I think the comments
should change either to rev 2's comments, or to all
section comments
