'Note' stencil overlays wrong node type

As things stand within the software, stencils can only overlay Map nodes and Reference nodes.
The simplest way to resolve this issue would probably be to abandon the Note stencil, and instead include a normal Note Node in the RAIDmap node toolbar, perhaps with a more UML-related icon.
