#6 Odd behaviour for 'Media Type' metadata field

The 'Media Type' field (authority list, multiple selections allowed) in the node metadata form appears once when the form is first loaded. Subsequently, whenever the form is loaded for editing, the field appears (with no selections, see [tickets:#5]) once for every value selected when the record was previously saved. That is, if no selection was made, the field does not appear, while if two selections were made, the field appears twice.

The field should always appear once only.
