Work on TCP/IP is started and we welcome 3 new developers on raftnet.

Sources are changed now to compile (by default) for Delauney. There are small problems with the configuration of the harris code that make it hard to use.

I'll have a look at it, commit the sources in due time.

The documentation (Project Work Mieke Leeman) has been submitted. It explains in detail the specification of the algorithm and the implementation using MPI
