#76 Feature: Filter by empty household

Would be good to have a feature where you could filter for households which are empty, i.e. where all people have been deleted, e.g. death of last remaining memober of the household, because it is neccerary to delete these records as well as the individuals records and I alreayd know that I haven't done this for all households, perhaps, thinking on my feet here, the option to print empty households when you print 'full details' so that it highlights records which need deleting.
